13000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and rules governing use of the 13000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all 13000 platform users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 13000 platform through our website or application, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to cease using the 13000 platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 13000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The 13000 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the 13000 platform, you are required to register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same user is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account username and password secure and not sharing them with anyone.
  • Notify 13000 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ensure that all your profile information is accurate and kept up to date at all times.
  • Complete any required identity verification process when requested, including during fund withdrawal.

The 13000 platform is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 13000 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules:

  • Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage any systems, servers, or networks associated with the 13000 platform.
  • Not using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
  • Do not engage in any form of fraud, match-fixing, or abuse of promotions and bonuses.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or their personal information.
  • Do not share content through the platform that is offensive, discriminatory, or that infringes on other users' privacy rights.

Any violation of the rules above may result in the suspension or termination of your account without prior notice, and 13000 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance while an investigation is ongoing.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 13000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are owned by the user themselves.

Deposit

  • Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX and local e-wallets.
  • 13000 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third-party financial institutions.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the user's identity has been successfully verified.
  • Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the respective promotional terms.
  • 13000 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal request deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
  • Funds received through unauthorised payment methods or linked to fraudulent activity may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 13000 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 13000 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions. 13000's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the deposit held in your account at the time the claim is made.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, text, and visual elements on the 13000 platform are owned by or licensed to the 13000 management. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 13000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 13000 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Account Policy, Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

13000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Violation of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Failure to verify the user's identity following repeated requests.
  • Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
  • Account closure requests submitted by the user themselves.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to a policy breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

Amendments to Terms

13000 reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will be displayed on this page along with the date of update. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
